"The empty morning mind is an energetic mind" :)
It's important to have a good night's sleep.It helps you to be energetic and positive in the morning.
I say this because i believe that the first hour of morning predicts what your health is going to be like that day.
I don't like to begin my day by "reading newspapers and all that stuff" in the morning {...as i leave them for the night ;) }.No...No..Actually i just don't want my mind to be invaded by sad or chaotic thoughts around the world.
If i don't do this or that ....WHAT DO I ACTUALLY DO then ...??
Well, I always start my day by doing something positive.
I tell myself , "I will not hurt anyone.... I will not spread out negative vibes..." .
I usually pick up my phone and call an old friend.Or log in to my Facebook account and like her status or photo or comment or message...(THOUGH 1 might think of it as if I am a 'STALKER'....but believe me you... i'm not ...coz there's another face of it)

Reason behind it..... it always feels great to "CoNNecT" with someone who gives you positivity. I Get the same positive and happier vibes too.
Sometimes if you think you have hurt anyone, call them up, make up now. DON'T delay.Don't burn your bridges.Finish off difficult tasks in the morning itself.Give healthy nourishment to your body every day.
Search for peace of mind and give your mind as much as uncluttered moments as possible.
That is the reason How and Why when i wake up in the morning, my mind is free of clutter,... free of fear. {...Even though 1 knows it clearly in this world of uncertainty , this state lasts for a half a minute.... :) :)}
BUT ... "The empty mind is an energetic mind, just because it is weightless" !!!
